Please note:

We have been experiencing an uptick in delayed or lost shipments sent via USPS Ground Advantage. While our plug seedlings are good travelers, we strongly encourage customers on the East Coast or those with high-value or high-quantity orders to consider selecting USPS Priority Mail or UPS at checkout.

Handling Times

All orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday beginning at about 8am PST. Barring special circumstances or request, we ship orders within 3 business days of receipt, giving priority to expedited orders (where customer designates shipping service other than standard or ground).
