Italian Cypress moving them

I accidentally planted one in wrong place...I had to move it. It had grown to about 3'

I dug around the root ball...as I read in various places online...but this didn't work for me. I cut unluckily into the tap root. I transplanted it anyway, it died about a month later. A BETTER way is to pull the plant carefully straight upward with moist loose/sandy soil if possible, to avoid cutting tap root...Then transplant....just my 2cents.

I've ordered several of these cypress and love them! They come so quick and arrive in perfect condition in the cutest packaging! Have yet to have any of the trees give me any issues! HIGHLY recommend !
